The Second Vatican Council teaches us that "The family is, so to speak, the domestic church. In it parents should, by their word and example, be the first preachers of the faith to their children" (Lumen Gentium 11) .The Church assists parents in this task by providing opportunities for faith formation from the earliest ages. Through these classes and activities, your children will grow in their relationship with God and His Church.

Children's Faith Formation Class Options for the 2024-2025 year:
The Atrium - Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Program - a Montessori-based, hands on learning about scripture, liturgy, and traditions. Class sizes are limited.
Level 1 (ages 3-6):
Sunday morning 9:00 AM -10:15 AM- classes start September 8th
Wednesday evening 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM - classes start September 11th
Level 2 (1st -3rd grade)
Sunday morning 9:00 AM -10:15 AM - classes start September 8th
Wednesday evening 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM- classes start September 11th
Regular Faith Formation Classes - traditional classroom setting- textbooks, crafts, videos:
Elementary (1st -6th grade)
Sunday 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM - classes start September 8th
Wednesday 5:30 PM -6:45 PM - classes start September 11th
Sacramental Preparation - First Reconciliation and First Communion
Baptized children in 2nd - 4th grade (Parents or Guardian attend class also!)
